All services are OEM-style configuration only — working within Ford's own engineering. No tuning, no emissions tampering, nothing unsafe or illegal.

Lifted Truck Services

Running Larger Tires or a Lift Kit?

Three of the most common issues lifted Super Duty owners run into — all addressable through FORScan module calibration.

Adaptive Cruise Calibration

Lifting a Super Duty shifts the front radar module's vertical aim relative to the road — causing adaptive cruise to fault, disable, or engage erratically. FORScan allows adjustment of the radar's vertical aim offset to compensate for your lift height.

  • Radar module vertical aim offset adjustment
  • Post-calibration ACC function verification
  • Results vary with lift height — extreme lifts may also need physical bracket adjustment

Speedometer Correction

Larger tires make your speedometer and odometer read incorrectly. FORScan can update the tire size or axle ratio parameters in the instrument cluster and ABS module so your displayed speed reflects actual speed.

  • Instrument cluster tire size parameter
  • ABS / SABS module axle ratio correction
  • Bring your exact new tire size (e.g. 35x12.50R20)

TPMS PSI Threshold Adjustment

New tires with a different recommended inflation pressure can cause the factory TPMS warning to trigger incorrectly. FORScan can adjust the low-pressure warning threshold to match your tires' correct operating PSI.

  • Low-pressure warning threshold adjustment
  • Supported on most 2010+ Ford trucks and SUVs
  • FMVSS 138 minimum threshold limits apply

Full Service List

Everything we offer, organized by category.

Convenience Feature Programming

The most-requested category. Ford engineers many features into the vehicle that are disabled or unconfigured from the factory or dealership. We enable, disable, and adjust them.

  • ·Double horn honk disable
  • ·Global window open/close via key fob
  • ·Auto start-stop disable (where supported)
  • ·Seatbelt chime adjustment (legally permitted)
  • ·Remote start duration and behavior
  • ·Auto lock/unlock behavior changes

Lighting Configuration

Ford's lighting modules support many behaviors that aren't active from the factory. We configure them based on your installed hardware and what your module version supports.

  • ·Bambi mode — fog lights with high beams active
  • ·Daytime running light behavior and intensity
  • ·Follow-me-home lighting duration
  • ·Approach lighting and puddle light config
  • ·LED hyperflash fix for compatible modules
  • ·Trailer lighting and sync configuration

Instrument Cluster Options

Many Ford trucks have cluster display features that are inactive from the factory. We configure what your installed hardware and module version support.

  • ·Digital speedometer enable
  • ·TPMS display mode configuration
  • ·Gauge display and layout preferences
  • ·Oil life and service reminder config
  • ·Cluster language and unit settings

Trailer & Tow Configuration

Optimize your Ford for towing. Features that simplify and improve trailer operation — on trucks where the module hardware is present.

  • ·Integrated trailer brake controller enable
  • ·Pro Trailer Backup Assist configuration
  • ·Trailer lighting configuration
  • ·Trailer sway control settings
  • ·Fifth wheel / gooseneck mode where supported

Retrofit Feature Activation

Installed new hardware on your Ford? The module needs to know it's there. We program the modules to recognize and operate retrofit components.

  • ·Heated seat activation after hardware install
  • ·Cooled seat activation after hardware install
  • ·Power folding mirror retrofit programming
  • ·Heated steering wheel activation
  • ·Trailer brake controller after retrofit

Fleet & Work Truck Configuration

Work trucks and fleet vehicles often need different behavior than personal use vehicles. We configure commercial and fleet-appropriate module settings.

  • ·High idle configuration where supported
  • ·PTO-related module settings
  • ·Upfitter switch configuration on Super Duty
  • ·Fleet-friendly lock/unlock behavior
  • ·Driver info and trip reset settings

Important: Software can't create what hardware doesn't support

Features like heated seats, power folding mirrors, and trailer brake controllers require the physical hardware to already be installed. The module programming activates the feature — it doesn't add the hardware. We verify compatibility before booking.

Service availability depends on vehicle year, trim, installed hardware, and module support. We do not perform emissions deletes, engine tuning, immobilizer bypassing, odometer changes, or illegal/unsafe modifications.
